Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) has quietly grown in northern forests for thousands of years, taking its character from its host and the forest around it.
Ours is grown in British Columbia as a full-spectrum powder. Earthy, rich and a little vanilla-like. Perfect in coffee, tea or broth.

- Add about ½ teaspoon to coffee, cacao, tea, smoothies, soup, or hot water and honey. Tip for warm drinks: add a little coconut oil or butter and blend it. The fat helps the powder mix in smooth, so your drink doesn't get muddy.

No. It is cultivated indoors by our partner grower in British Columbia, so no wild birch forests are stripped and every batch can be tested and traced.
How much should I take?

What does full spectrum mean?
