Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) grows in long, cascading white spines on hardwood trees. It has been eaten and respected in traditional kitchens for generations.
Ours is grown in British Columbia as a full-spectrum powder: fruiting body and mycelium together. Mild, a little sweet and easy to add to coffee, tea or a smoothie.

- How to use
- Add about ½ teaspoon to coffee, cacao, tea, smoothies, soup, or hot water and honey. Tip for warm drinks: add a little coconut oil or butter and blend it. The fat helps the powder mix in smooth, so your drink doesn't get muddy.
